Our umbrellas sell best when they are open and on display. Successful retailers use our umbrellas to help sell other products as part of a wider display!

We are also happy to sell to web based retail businesses (however you must purchase any stock that you require up front we cannot hold stock to supply on demand). We can make electronic images of our umbrellas available to use on your web site.

PRODUCT CATALOGUE AVAILABLE

Apart from receiving our umbrellas at wholesale rates. Those customers that place regular orders with us will also be sent a full colour printed copy of our catalogue (un-priced) that enables you to share our product range with your customers that might be looking for a particular style that you may not have in stock.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN SOMETHING IS NEW?

We will send out regular newsletters and promotions by email that will keep you informed of news seasons styles or any special promotions that we may run from time to time. Of course regular visits to our website will also identify new stock (or end of line stock that is to be deleted) and promotions.

HOW DO I PLACE ORDERS?

We do not have any Sales Reps travelling the country visiting stores. Should you wish to purchase items the first thing you should do is to look on this web site to identify what styles you are interested in and to identify if they are in stock. Our website is updated daily with stock levels to make choosing easier.

If you have a Trade Account setup with us and a Wholesale Customer Login and Password you can place your order directly through the website. There are many advantages of placing your order on-line such as special discount offers, free freight etc

If you do not have a Wholesale Customer Login and Password then you can order off-line. This can either be done by:

  • Phone
  • Fax
  • E-mail

To make your off-line order process easier we have a pre-printed order form that lists all the products available on the web site. All you need to do is mark the quantities of the styles that you require and fax or email it to us. A copy of this order form is attached below. Just click on the pdf image and print or save it to your computer.

HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

Dollys Brollys is happy to offer 30 Day trade accounts to approved customers. However the first purchase that you make from us will be Pro Forma (payment in advance). Subsequent orders will then revert 30 day trading terms with payment due on the 20th of the month following invoice.

To open a wholesale trading account follow the instructions listed with each of the two pdf images listed below.

HOW DO I PAY MY ACCOUNT?

Payment for 30-Day Trade accounts can be made by the following methods:

  • Direct Debit to our bank account
  • Cheque
  • Credit Card not available at this time (pending development of wholesale payment system on this web site) 

Payment details are included on all invoices. Invoices are attached to each and every order sent out. Invoices are not posted separately.

HOW DO I GET A WHOLESALE PRICE LIST?

Once you complete the account application form (see pdf files below) and have your account application approved we will forward a copy of our wholesale price list to you. An email address will be required to receive this. You are also invited to setup a Wholesale Customer Login on our website. Once you have done this you will automatically see your wholesale GST exclusive prices for each and every product on the website.

Trade customers please print out and use both the forms listed below. Please make sure that you complete all fields on the application form. You must provide an email address for billing purposes. If you have a separate email address for purchases please record that as well.

If you are a Trade Customer and wish to apply for a wholesale Trading account (Right-click on the pdf image below) to download a copy of our Credit Account application form. This will need to be completed and faxed back to us (signature required) before we can set up a trading account for you. Your first invoice will be Proforma. As a Trade customer there is an associated Terms of Trade - Conditions of Sale form that you will also need to download.
